2026 Official Sweepstakes Rules

Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The MARAbio April Autism Awareness Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by MARAbio, Inc., 26 S Rio Grande St, Suite #2072, Salt Lake City, UT 84101. (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to:

  • Legal residents of the United States

  • Who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) are not eligible to enter.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on April 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on April 30, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

To enter during the Sweepstakes Period:

  1. Follow @MARAbio on Instagram, Facebook or TikTok;

  2. Complete the registration form on the official Sweepstakes landing page; and

  3. Engage with the designated educational post by commenting with a takeaway or question.

All three steps must be completed to receive one (1) entry.

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period.

Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter without following on social media, email your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number to support@marabio.com and put MARAbio Sweepstakes Entry as the subject line.

Email must be received during the Sweepstakes Period and received within five (5) days before the Sweepstakes closes.

Email entries will receive one (1) entry.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a curated autism-support basket with an approximate retail value (ARV) of $590.

Prize components may include developmental support tools and educational materials selected by Sponsor.

No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

6. Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about May 5th, 2026 from all eligible entries received.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified via email or direct message on a social platform within five (5) business days of the drawing.

The potential winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility before awarding the prize.

8. Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Sponsor to use their first name, last initial, and state of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Privacy

Information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at https://hov.to/f387b1af.

Entry into the Sweepstakes does not require purchase or medical testing. Entry does not create a provider-patient relationship.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

  • Lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries

  • Technical malfunctions

  • Network or platform disruptions

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from any liability arising from participation or prize use.

11. Platform Disclaimer

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social platform including Instagram or Meta.

12. Disputes

Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action.
