Your information
If your information indicates that telehealth testing may be appropriate, we will contact you with next steps. These typically include:
Eligibility confirmation: You will receive an email confirming eligibility and inviting you to finalize your account in our online portal.
Portal access: Log in to your account to review and complete consent and payment.
Blood draw coordination: You will receive a specimen collection kit by mail. Our partner, DS2, will then contact you by email to coordinate a blood draw at a time and location convenient for you.
Sample processing: Your phlebotomist will send your sample directly to our laboratory.
Results: Results are typically available in your portal within 14 days of sample receipt.
Participation is always optional, and choosing not to proceed will not affect your care or access to information.
